CT Pure Ceramic Fiber Paper for High Temperaure Gasket
Ceramic fiber paper/gaskets are manufactured from selected alumina-silicate ceramic fiber cotton as the primary raw material using a wet-forming process. The slag removal and drying processes are improved based on traditional production methods. The products are asbestos-free and feature uniform fiber distribution, a white appearance, no delamination, and low shot content (achieved through four-stage centrifugal shot removal). Bulk density can be flexibly adjusted according to application requirements. The paper/gaskets also exhibit high strength (with reinforcing fibers), good elasticity, and excellent machinability.
According to different service temperatures, the products are classified into three grades: standard, high-alumina, and zirconia-containing ceramic fiber paper/gaskets.
Product Description
- CT ceramic fibre paper is manufactured from high purity ceramic fibre, adopt the wet inorganic ceramic fiber mechanization to implement a continuous production
